IntraJourney Life Coaching
During sessions, we examine the goal you want to achieve or the challenge you want to overcome. We find strategies and resources to help you be successful as quickly as possible. Most of my clients accomplish their goals after 4 to 6 weeks of IntraJourney Life Coaching. I give homework, and each session is tailored to your individual needs. All sessions are confidential.
We look at the assumptions and belief systems that affect you personally and professionally, which may be blocking your success. You learn to integrate negative thought patterns and focus on positive ones. Law of Attraction concepts, such as vision boards and writing affirmations, bring positive changes into your life. The overall IntraJourney Life Coaching experience is invigorating, motivating, and empowering.
Specialized Goals for Personal Growth
These are designed for personal development. They deal with mythological and spiritual themes. The areas include:
- Developing Your Intuition (Discover the 4 types of intuition and see which ones you use. Discern if intuition is genuine).
- Working with Archetypes (Archetypes provide images for the patterns of behavior and roles you play in your life. Some examples of archetypes are Mother, Father, Child, Warrior, Student, and Healer. Learn how they can help you understand the roles you play in your life, and how to integrate the shadow side of your archetypes for personal growth).
- Chakras, Auras and Cords (Understand chakras, auras, and energetic cords. Find out how to clear chakras and auras and how to cut energetic cords for yourself and others. Discover how to protect yourself energetically).
- Communication Skills for Transformation (Learn communication skills to make you a better communicator that therapists use. Realize how to communicate with your higher self and the higher self of others for more loving and effective communication).
- Hero’s Journey (Find out how to be your own Hero/Heroine based on Joseph Campbell’s Hero with a Thousand Faces (that is required reading). Work on understanding your own personal myth and where you are on your journey).
 About Gwenaël
I have a Masters in Marriage Family Child Counseling from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena and have been doing individual and couples coaching for three years. I am currently in a MA/PhD program in Mythological Studies with an emphasis in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria near Santa Barbara. Basically, I study international mythologies and belief systems and the impact these have on the individual and collective psyche (soul).
I live and work in Long Beach, CA, where I enjoy the ocean, the sun, and the cultural diversity the city offers. I love working with all types of clients and have several clients from the LBGT community. I do individual, face-to-face coaching and phone sessions. For face-to-face couples coaching, I work with another coach named Mahastee Mehdizadeh, MS (www.forwardlife.net).
